Of course, I wouldn't do this post without some eye candy - I'm looking forward to seeing the completed Dwell Home II and it's living roof (I really love this house)! Apparently, they're finally clearing all the pre-construction hurdles and will start building soon!

Sadly, that Dwell hhouse in Topanga had to jump through so many hurdles to get built that it might discourage others from doing the same. But I am still looking forward to seeing it, as it is right up the road from me.
I can't wait to see it too. It's such a tragedy that people trying to do something really unique and better get so much resistance. It tells you a lot about the state of things. But with every successful project hopefully people will ultimately start working with, rather than against, positive changes and innovative projects.
I think the last project is Spanish office "Cloud 9". They make some very cool projects.
