Even if you live a relatively healthy life, chances are you will still have a significant amount of toxins and impurities in your body, so give your body the best possible chance or running at full capacity by doing some sort of cleanse every now and then. The following looks at some of the easiest ways that you can go about cleaning out your system.

Fast

Giving your organs a rest and fasting is a fantastic way to cleanse your system of impurities, as without needing to deal with so much incoming food and therefore outgoing waste, your body will be able to concentrate on dealing with everything currently in your system. Even just going a couple of days without food can present your body with a huge opportunity to expel impurities and get clean.

Drink Water

Whether you have your own water filter at home or you drink straight from your tap, drinking lots of water is a smart way to flush out toxins and impurities from your system. Obviously the cleaner the water, the better it will be for you, with filtered water the best option, and make sure that you are starting each and every day by drinking at least 2 glasses of water, before you put anything else in your body.

Exercise

When your body sweats it is not only acting to cool you down, but also to expel toxins from your system, making exercise a fantastic way to rid impurities and toxins from your body. So make sure that you are doing enough to build up a sweat at least a few times each week, as this will be doing wonders for helping cleanse and detoxify your body.

Eat High Fibre Foods

Eating foods that are high in fibre is a great way to clean out your system, with foods like radishes, beets, cabbage, artichokes, broccoli, spirulina, seaweed and chlorella all fantastic options. Fibrous foods are able to trap toxins and impurities as they move through your system, which leaves your body cleaner and able to function better.

Support Your Liver

As one of your boy’s most important cleansing organs, your liver helps you to expel a huge amount of toxins and impurities for your body, playing an extremely important role in your overall health and wellness. Increasing you intake of vitamin C will help a lot, as it aids your body’s production of glutathione, which is an important liver compound that helps eradicate toxins. Other natural supplements that will help cleanse your liver include dandelion root, milk thistle and burdock root.

While a few toxins or impurities here and there are unlikely to have much of an impact on your system, unless you are doing some sort of regular cleanse you will eventually start to feel the effects of those years of impurities and toxins building up. Most experts recommend that you do at least some sort of cleanse at least once a month.
