Or they aren't really geared towards families. Great for empty nesters, but not great for a family of five. The Hive B-Line is more approachable, yet it delivers modern style without hesitation, in a family friendly way. This is really a great looking place at a good price. And I think you hit it on the head with the layout. Some prefabs just don't seem livable (like maybe the Marmol Radziner??).
